The silver stoats should do as well but everyone I have spoken to swears by the dunkeld. I've got quite a few tied up so if you're ever near Carbisdale castle pop in. Another good fly for both salmon and sea trout is a small Irish style shrimp fly such as a Curry's Red Shrimp or my own pattern the (world famous in Bonar Bridge!) Langoustine.
