The season has got off to a good start, with at least 10 fish being taken and several returned. The first week should show at least 25 fish taken, we shall know by the weekend, the bailiff will have collated all the figures by then at which time they will be made available.

Ticket Outlet Saturday, April 12, 2008 (10 reads)
As of now we have only one ticket outlet, the Post Office in Bonar Bridge. This has occured due to Alladale store being forced to cease operations as an outlet due to staffing difficulties.
At present the keys to the Loch boats will be kept at the Post Office.

"There is an outbreak of Blue-Green Algae on Loch Migdale, a council sign dated 18/07/07 is posted there with the information. There is a number for the Dornoch council offices which when contacted the girl there, Amy, stated that enviromental health advised against fishing the Loch"
